I just wanted to tell you that my birthday cake….gluten free/caramel cream and vanilla butter cream frosting was FABULOUS.  My mother could not believe it was gluten free.  I had to fight off my family (who do not have to eat gluten free) in order to get some of that delicious cake.  Thank you so much.  I cannot wait for my next excuse to get another one!
